Manufacturing Facility- A state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. plant with modern CNC Turning Centers, Automatic Machines, Drilling, Milling, and Threading machines.
CNC Machining Division- Equipped with latest CNC turning machines capable of producing high-precision parts in brass, copper, aluminum, steel, and other alloys.
Tool Room & Die Making- In-house facility for tool design, development, and maintenance ensuring accurate production with faster turnaround.
Quality Assurance Laboratory- Fully equipped with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, Profile Projectors, Hardness Testers, and Surface Finish Testers. We follow ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality standards.
Plating & Surface Treatment- Facilities for nickel plating, tin plating, zinc plating, and other coatings to enhance durability, conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
